Outstanding quality, even comes with anti-seize lol. The kit also comes with extended lug nuts. Bonus, BMS gives you a free wheel pin to help with mounting/removing the wheels, it definitely helped out.

It looks amazing! I’m on stock height, so there is very little poke (I was hoping for flush), but I actually REALLY like it as is. Still unsure if I want to lower the car (either Eibach Springs or KW HAS Kit), which I’m sure will make the wheels flush with the added camber due to lowering.

My biggest worry was vibration, NO VIBRATION! Yay! When I installed them I used a steel bristle brush on the wheel hubs and wheels to make sure the surface was clean (surprised there was rust around the hub lips). Spacers fit perfectly.

I went with the 12 mm in the front because most seemed to run that and apparently the 10 mm may have not fit due to the hub lip sticking out too far. I tested a 10 mm on the front and it fit perfectly fine, HOWEVER I am glad I got the 12 mm for the front wheels, the amount of slight poke on the front vs rear is identical, I like it.

Highly suggest the BMS kit. I’m sure the Macht Schnell and Turner kits are great as well! Overall, I’m glad I got the spacers, car looks more aggressive it’s nice. Not sure if they do anything for performance haha, but they’re definitely worth the small cost.
Pics? I want the same spacers and have absolutely no desire to lower the car.

For performance I was referring to the handling of the car haha, but thanks for the rec...I'm already full bolt on!

PICTURES! Here are the BMS spacers, 10 mm rear and 12 mm front on stock height. Tried my best for the before and after pics (the white garage door doesn't help with the alpine white haha):

Update: I was looking at my car at the gas station, I think the pictures below may exaggerate the poke, nevertheless it looks great!

inline6ax thanks for sharing your pics! i'm curious to know if you notice any significant change in your handling esp. the front when taking tight turns, hair pins or even highway on-ramps

I'll try to see if I notice any differences, I don't think I'll personally be able to tell haha!

I need some spacers, if only to look cool ! I went to the BMS website and they recommend putting the wider spacers at the rear and the less wide ones at the front. On this forum everyone seems to do it the other way around. May I ask why ? Surely it looks nicer if one exaggerates the width at the back compared with the front ?

With the same spacing on stock wheels, the rears will stick out a little more than the fronts.

You are also going for more at the front than the rear. Why ? And not very thick but I suppose that's because you've lowered the car....

I want to switch to MP4S with:

255/35R19 ET 29 front (same as original 473m)
275/30R20 ET 40 rear (same as original 473m)

WITH 10mm spacers on each wheel.

Will that fit with original suspension?

Don't let the 20inch rear distract you as the tire will be 275/30 and not 275/35. So the diameter will be almost identical.

Hi guys, I just picked up my new M2 a couple of weeks ago, it’s my first BMW and I’m loving it! I have not made any modifications to the car but was thinking to buy some spacers to give the car a wider look, can anybody recommend a spacer size that won’t make the wheels ‘poke’?

Cheers.

I went for rim lip to fender flush and that is what the measurements are. Same with all the F8x cars. M3/M4 were 12f/10r if I remember

But doesn't that negate the original aggressive stance due to the rear wheels sticking out more than the front ones ?

Any more pics of this setup? Looking to do something similar. How far are you dropped on the Dinans?
