"wub wub wub" oscillation engine noise when at 2k RPM partial load

Hey guys, need some log help. I noticed that my car started doing this high load oscillation today that I can hear when I'm part throttle around 2k RPM. It kind of sounds like a "wub wub wub wub" until it gets past like 2.3k RPM and then it stops. I have 0 clue what could be causing it, but I logged it and saw my RPM, AFR, Timing, and Boost Target oscillating up and down while this was happening.

Car seems fine at WOT.

Mods:
FBO Stage 2 (catless DP, ER CP, intercooler, NGK plugs gapped to 0.020)
Nostrum Stage 1 injectors
Spool Stage 3 LPFP
Dorch Stage 2 HPFP

Anybody have any ideas what this could be?

Log (you should be able to see it happening in 6th gear right after I let off the throttle and get back on):

I’d start with OEM plugs gapped to stock gap of .28 and see if that provides any relief.

When I increase the gap I usually get misfires cause I am flex fuel enabled and run ethanol from time to time

Stock intake? Wonder if it could be associated with MAF sensor on its way out?

Yup stock intake. Funny thing is it doesn't seem to happen on my custom tune. I'm replacing the pre throttle TMAP sensor and I'm going big turbo, so the manifold needs to come off anyways. I might have both MAP sensors looked at. Might also have the MAT sensor cleaned and see if that does anything.

I'm also replacing both VANOS solenoids just in case it's that

I noted a reduction in lag and wgdc with a better filter, I would also suggest resetting the MAF and STFT adaptations while your at it.
