It's been mentioned above, but there's generally no real reason to start blending E85 with 91/93 unless you have a car that's been tuned/mapped to take advantage of it and run higher boost because of the effective higher octane.
Wouldn't 93 be worth it over 91, if you're custom tuned on it? full bolt on, possibly turbo too...93 would have better gains yea?

93 vs 91 is within the realm of what the factory software (or any decent 3rd party flash) should be able to adjust to automatically. I presume the "minimum" for the car is listed at 91, but the stock tune should squeeze out a few more HP/tq on 93, sure... but it's gonna be like 10-20 at most I'd guess.

All of that extra work to get the fuel load correct all the time, with the potential for grenading the motor if you screw it up (assuming the tune is extra aggressive and meant to run only on 93)... doesn't seem worth it to me.
