I met with a local M2 guy and he lowered his car with eibach springs and turner spacers 12mm front and 10mm rear. Wow what a difference it makes when we parked next to each other. The stock height is just way too high. When parked next to my lowered car the M2 looks like a truck. I'm planning on doing the same set up but I noticed turner spacers are actually 12.5mm. Do you guys think the .5mm will make much of a difference?

Are spacers needed or is this an "additional" mod that everyone is getting done to complete their suspension? Also, is a camber kit needed?

Spacers not required. Reason ppl use spacers for this set up is to push the wheels out once dropped since without them, wheels can look too 'sunken in' for some. That being said, I only have spacers at the moment (have not lowered yet although I do have the eibachs) and quite honestly it doesn't look too bad as is. If the front was a tad lower stock I probably would not have bothered with the eibachs in the first place.

Camber kit not a 'must' however they would ensure more even tire wear.

Eibach pro spring kit with Turner spacers 12mm front/ 10mm rear.

When I went to pick it up the shop accidentally installed 12mm in the rear because by default most car set ups are that way. I noticed it didn't look right and they swapped it back within 15 mins.

The ride is definitely not as comfortable as stock and I notice the stiffness. The spacers added helps with turning better. What's the average break in time for the springs to settle in?

Unfortunately for any of you in the USA, these guys wont deliver to you.. Perhaps things have changed now because I heard this over a month ago from a member here...

Nice! Can you PM me the ebay link for that? thanks!

Yup I got used to them quickly and springs settled in and sitting just a tad bit lower. I'm happy with the set up overall and don't mind the slight stiffness for better looks and handling. Small sacrifice for a significant gain.

Happy they are treating you well!

I'm guessing no rubbing/clearance issues as well?

Nope..it's almost like the perfect height. My other car sits lower and got used to clearance issues so given this isn't as low it's less of a problem.

People who have installed the Eibach pro kit. Are you guys running stock shocks? Any issues at all?

Anyone fitted eibachs with H&R spacers?

I'm planning to get 10mm all around.

Shouldnt be an issue. I am running Eibach with 10mm Turner all around and no rubbing issues even under hard cornering.

Gotcha.. but 10mm should be the same accross all spacers.

If the variable were the springs then there should be some variance

Cool, just concerns on build quality from H&Rs. The Eibach 10mm spacers crack apparently... most UK tuning houses fit 12mm.

Got my eibachs delivered, can anyone confirm the individual part numbers?

I've got:

F11-20-035-01-FA
F11-20-035-01-RA

Just wanna make sure I got the right ones as they were purchased via eBay and hope they didn't put in the wrong springs in the box.

Thanks!
