I am really struggling whether I replace my mineral grey 135is with a mineral grey M2. I really enjoy my 135is, and wonder how much better the M2 will be over it and if it's really worth the money to upgrade. It has also been difficult to find one so it may be a moot point for some time anyway. Very beautiful cars.

Yep, the fever of having an M2 on order will do that to you. You forget where you are and what you're supposed to be doing. It only builds with time and gets worse. You start forgetting birthdays and anniversaries, forgetting to shower or put shoes on. By the time the car shows up at your dealer for delivery you are lucky if you even remember your own name.

This is the sexiest M2 I've seen yet. I just got my production number today, and mine is spec'd just like yours with the black kidney and side grills. Love that look.

How much did the custom paint job cost? Did you go through BMW? The matte grey is phenomenal.

It wasn't on obvious bargain

Let's put it in the "if you have to ask..." category, >$2500. It's CQuartz Finest Reserve. I'd still do it again. Normal grime comes off with high pressure wash, and these pictures were after my first track weekend.
XPEL Front only, through the A pillars up to the top of the roof line. I also did CQuartz on the wheels.

Those are the M4 Competition Tips from BMW.
They stick out a little because they are tilted at the end but I have em too and they look nice!
