White has always been a good choice on M cars but I can't say so for the M2 until I see one in person. LBB looks so good on the forum but IRL on an X6M it looks horrid.

I felt the same way and this color doesn't belong on a SUV. I even looked at the LBB paint sample at the dealer and it also looked bad.

Seeing LBB in person on the M2 is the only way to go!

Fully agree one must see LBB on an M2 to truly judge the color. I drove down to the DC show from NJ to check it out and it totally impressed me. They had an X4 there in the same color and it didn't do it for me. LBB works on the M2. It had everyone looking at it over the ZCP F80 right next to it. I just sat back and listened to the comments and literally everything I heard about the color was positive.

Overall the car is a must see in person to judge anything. Even the 'fangs' worked with the car in person and I was worried about those being a little much for me and considered doing BSM to hide them.

LBB and MG will show the lines more than AW and BSM.

This is my biggest concern, I booked the HEA car Launch car with LBB and this color sounds like amazing potential but there is a part of me that feels i'll be disappointed.

I wonder how the colors compare in real life after a couple days of driving. In the perfect lighting such as on the show and when the paint is pristine clean and polished - all darker colors will look brilliant, especially metallic! They provide more depth than light colors and look great on any car.

This one. Revealed last year. They should have s**t-canned LBB while they had the chance.
Love that color. Very inconspicuous too.

White will look great If you are adding exterior carbon, I don't think carbon trim will look very good on the bodywork of LBB and you won't get sufficient contrast to justify - hence all the performance parts photos seem to be of white cars.

The color options are too limited, I'm going with LBB

Wow this is probably the best shot of MG i've seen. The black kidneys make a huge difference!

Damn that looks good!

That's some serious "right click, set as wallpaper" stuff right there...

I am still most impressed with LBB and MG. Black would be next.
AW only with CF parts.

But wow, this front shot with MG and black grills is so nice!

This looks CLEAANNNNNNNNNN. I won't be getting an M2 for at least another year but I have been going back and forth between Black and Grey. Black is just a classic and looks incredibly mean especially at night after a wash. But it gets dirty quick and also hides the lines/accents/hips of the car (reason for this thread). On the other hand, grey shows the lines/accents/hips of the car while also looking aggressive and mean. I mean look at this pic! This pic itself has almost sold me on the color!

As for white, too much white is on the M2 front bumper and rear diffuser. It's like a white blob. Even performance parts don't help that much. M235i looks so much better in white.

And for LBB, I've been seeing it from day one on this car and already sick of it. Buying LBB and seeing it everyday? No, I can't do it.

At Geneva I actually thought the white showed off the lines better than the blue, photographs do not do the white justice, photos flatter the blue for me

I can see me changing my order from blue to either white of MG which suit my longer term modification plans

Personally other than the black grills and badges i don't think the carbon performance parts will suit the blue either

CF bits looked awesome on my old LeMans Blue E92. I'm sure they'll look sick on LBB.

M2 is lucky they get better exhaust tone and a better blue. Yas Marina

I would get Mineral White if it was an option but I'm leaning towards MG right now. LBB and Black have never been on the table for me...

I think metallic colors show off the lines better. I did side by side comparisons of AW and MW before getting my MW 235. I really like the LBB much more than the EB offered on the 235 though.

I never understand people showing pictures of OTHER cars in colours? Not relevant to show the lines of an M2?
