I think the answer is yes - because they stopped using the CF version in all variations of the M3/4 except the CS of each....

Yeah, I'm betting on yes too. Just unsure as to whether they kept the item that was used on the LCI. Can't imagine it wouldn't be able to handle the S55...at least on stock tune and could be a potential cost saving measure.

Due to the WLTP regulation cars are being fitted with Otto Particulate Filters (OPF). Q: Are OPF's being fitted to all M2c cars regardless of their destined market/region (i.e. USA)? |

As another member pointed out in a different thread, there are conflicting weight figures across the web. On BMW Belgium's website, the weight of outgoing M2 is reported as 1570kg 6MT [1595kg DCT] while the weight of M2C is reported as 1550kg 6MT [1575kg DCT]. It'd be good to know if this is some sort of typo. |

Did you bring enough tea to sip on for the next few hours?
The picture you posted in the other thread of the M2 Competition in front of the orange container truck looks AMAZING. Hockenheim Silver looks perfect! |

HS in this pic reminds me of two things, primer as has been already pointed out and it also looks like the bare plastic model planes I use to build as a kid prior to painting them. Would love to see it in more pics outside to rule out objects reflecting off it changing it's hue.

It is the exact same cooling setup as the M3/M4. See here, there is a see-thru picture of cooling setup. https://www.bmw.de/de/neufahrzeuge/m...nen-blick.html |

I would like to know which suspension joints have been replaced with balljoints. I'm also curious to know if there is any variable redline / shift light feature like the F8x M3/M4 have. The M2s never had this in either pre- or post- LCI gauges and it's a small thing I would miss vs the M3.

I have always loved the way the M2 looks in black so I'm not sure if I'll end up ordering mine in HS or BSM. Mineral Gray would have been in my top 3 choices as well but BMW was nice enough to make my choice a little bit easier... |

Which brings me then to HS, By process of elimination… I have always thought plan silver is way too boring, so if this in fact has some grey in it, that would be a good thing IMO. |

There is no way to make a real judgement with metallic paint until you see it in person which is problematic in this situation. I ordered my M235 with MW/Coral/black. Even though I'd seen MW on other BMWs, after my order I had buyers remorse. All I can say is that everyone loves MW on my car, including me. It doesn't look pearl at all, it's light silver and white. Across the parking lot in the evening it looks mat silver. It shows the lines of the car with shadows almost all the time. I think HS could be like MW only darker. MW haters gonna hate. :-)
