Financing Options
Just wondering if anyone knows of any place that can offer better than 3.9% financing thru bmw. I was told this is the best BMW can do.
I'm thinking some credit unions can beat that? |

Thanks guys,
I've been reading about the air force federal credit union. Anyone have any experience using them? It's showing a 2.14% plus you can get some point discounts. |

The best BMW was offering was 3.99% when I took delivery in March 2018. That 0.9% BMWFS rate was long gone. My dealership got me 2.59% through USBank (matching what USAA was offering at the time); the dealer must have special agreements with certain finance companies because that interest rate was waaaay lower than what I could've gotten through USBank (or pretty much any of the larger credit unions) on my own.
My credit is top tier so the 0.99% not being available through BMWFS had nothing to do with that. |

3.99% is the current going rate for top tier credit with BMW Financial. The base rate with the FED recently increase, so BMW was forced to slightly increase their promotional rates. They are not trying to rip you off, as far as interest goes..

I always thought that the promotions are the standard nationwide (Except PR), didn't know they varies by region. That's how most manufactures promote their products, across the board.
I am in the East cost, NY/NJ which that I promotion I submitted is based out of. I was correct about the interest rate increase though. https://amp.businessinsider.com/fede...ch-2018-2018-3 Last edited by Poochie; 04-26-2018 at 09:59 AM.. |
