You may be one the first to receive an M2.

I wonder if they will be allowed to deliver HEA cars. Usually they are stored at port until official release.
Mine will be built soon too so hopefully they will deliver some cars before that so I can claim other cars are delivered so why can't I have mine?! |

I was told by my Rep that my car was shipped on 1/30 and due in Port of Baltimore on 2/11. Said that how long it sits at port is unknown.

I'm excited....but also nervous. Hopefully I am making the right decision getting rid of the stripper VO 1M for a fully loaded AW M2! I hope the stiff, loud, no nonsense ride carries over to the M2!!! |

No offense taken my man. I would like to know why you think this though ? Do you think the driving dynamics will be worse? I know future value/resale will be better for the 1M but I'm not worried about that. I just hope this car will be as fun as the 1M and I guess the added creature comforts will be nice for a change. The M2 suspension should be miles better than the 1M, it will be faster...I just hope they didn't soften the car for the masses...

The shipping process and time a the VPC is going to be a tough wait. I am pretty sure BMW will slow the process to match their launch date. Having said that I haven't even been able to place an order yet so I am envious.
