I would say HUD us a no for LCI. Reason being that the M135i LCI can't get HUD either. They just never engineered HUD into the 1/2 series.

I meant to put this here what are the cup holders like? Do they come w the size adjusters or nothing?

Yes great point actually 1 series leads the way on shared platform, LEDs yup HUD no chance.

I take it you mean the Active Tourer? Yes, it has a "screen" on that HUD. But RWD 2 series won't even get that unfortunately.

I don't know I'm asking. Hence the ?

From the view on the cluster there seems to be no indents for the lights that is standard on the M3/4
Take a look at the photo. I don't know they may be there but it doesn't look like it.
