MG, 6MT, probably Executive package, since it from what I can tell it won't add all that much weight. Then Dinan mods--at least ecu and intake, maybe exhaust and suspension. Need to drive car to decide those.
This is assuming Dinan does with the M2 what it did with the 1M/M235, and many cars before... |

Was sure I wanted LBB unti I saw it IRL.
It looks sooo different than in the photos where it tends to look more blue whereas it is actually alot more green than the photos shows. This color needs to be seen in real life and should not be ordered based on pictures that is misrepresenting the color in most cases. it is a nice and cool color, just not for me who likes a bit darker blues. Went with MG which is a color I always liked. Understated but quite aggresive on an M-car and also shows of the lines nicely. Should be quite low maintenance as well in re too dirt and scratches. White is nice but a bit bland to me and also quite high maintenance. However looks good with teh dark bits and wheels giving a nice contrast. Black car I have swore to never own again. To OCD to keep it looking good and also hides the lines of the car too much IMO. |

When I said to the missus I ordered an M2 in blue, she almost killed me with a kitchen knife saying: 'Blue is someting for small Renaults and Peugeots' or something like that.. And that scared me a bit seriously(not the killing and knife part, I know how to run lol) , so when we saw M2 in LBB in the flesh at the Brussels autoshow last week, I though she'd insist in me choosing white or black. But no, she instantly said: Hey that's a kind of electric blue. I like it. And we went to Mini, and the colour Electric Blue more or less looks the same imho(mind you I'm a bit colour blind, I didn't see any greenish hues in LBB but my wife did) Conclusion: I'm still alive, but I can understand people saying it's too bright/in your face. Mineral Grey was on a 1 series at that show and though it looks nice on M3/4 I think it's not what M2 is about, it's a special little bonkers car, so I stay with LBB. Cheers Robin |

I actually switched mine from AW to LBB.
Personally I find all the arches and flares more outstanding on the LBB. Don' t get me wrong; I love the AW especially with the Mperformance parts, but the LBB and the depth in the colour is amazing. |

Upon M2 color choices leak, I preferred MG;
When first M2 spy pics surfaced, I preferred MG; When first M2 videos surfaced, I preferred MG; When the M2 was launched, I preferred MG; When I went to the dealer, I ordered MG; When I see all M2 pictures, I prefer MG; When it's produced in week 14, it will be MG; The End.

I saw LBB in person at Daytona and I was sold. I saw a MG M4 with a red interior on the show room floor when I placed my order and I would have changed my mind if the M2 was available with a red interior. I just think the LBB looks best with the one and only interior option.

Long Beach Blue, 6 speed manual for me. Regarding black, its also the rarest color on the 1M.
