BMW have Laguna Seca Track booked

I looked at Laguna Seca Track calendar. It shows BMW have the track booked Feb 10,17, 24/16..Maybe that is M2 given to the media for testing. So hopefully we get some real reviews.

You are correct. That's what it's for.

Wasn't it already confirmed that the media reviews for the M2 will be on February 12 at Laguna Seca?

Looking forward to seeing what the reviews are on this car. It might just make the wait more painful but I am really interested to see how it compares to the M3/4. Laguna is a great track, I really want to do a track day there at some point. I have watched many Indycars go down the corkscrew and would love to experience it firsthand.

You can bet every motoring journo and his dog will be at Laguna Seca in Feb and no doubt Internet reviews shortly after.
EVO Magazine have their first test drive of the M2 in the April Ed( on sale Feb 24th for UK)
Will give us a good idea, but really looking forward to the road tests and what they stack the M2 against.

Garage List
They first are now driving Bentayga and are then driving the M2...

Nothing new, already confirmed weeks ago.

Do people know if you are allowed to watch? Or do they lock down the track completely to the public?

I would imagine you'd need some kind of press pass

I have actually signed up this morning for Instructor Led Training on the new M2 scheduled for March 14,15,16,17 and they are a single day class. I'm excited to get my manager's approval and go and drive the M2!
