It is super easy to install. Anyone can do it. It is literally one plug on the charge pipe before the throttle body that you can reach from the top of the engine bay. It took longer to unplug it without breaking the connector then to reinstall it. Have no fear.

Today I've checked the tire pression on my M2 because yesterday at high speed (a little bit over 180 km/h) I've got a warning message about tire pressure. The pressure was 35 psi on all four tires, which is OK according what is written in the car, so I guess that at least one TPMS pressure sensor does not like high speed... I also replaced the chrome valve caps by black plastic one, which fit better with the black wheels.

No I didn't. I was under the impression that it was TPMS sensors. It is the first time I hear about FTM. I guess that is the reason why we don't see the psi for each tire on the car screen, we just see green tires or yellow ones. Does that mean that I'll get that kind of false warning message every time I'll go fast ?

I've unfortunatly reset (I should not have) the code so now it is OK but I'll talk to the dealer about that when I'll go for the 2,000 km brake in period maintenance. If I have another opportunity to safely drive fast since that I'll see if the code come back.

lol 495 dollars without shipping. Another option is to get the Mperformance armrest for the m235i and get it restiched for about 250.
