I thought I read somewhere that the M4 rear seats needed modification to fit. The fronts fit, but you need to swap the electronic modules on the seats i believe. I've been looking for a set for some time...nothing in NA currently.

ok found out a little more about it, the yellow plug (airbag) is apparently plug and play... for the rear yes, modification is required, a little wider on the M4 than M2 otherwise its pretty straight fit.
now to source some m4 seats at least around here is pricey and still relatively rare... |

Awesome color! It would have also been sweet seeing a custom seat with same color and stitching as the m2 too. I found this on another forum.

I prefer standard M2 seats over the M3/4 seats. I got 2 kids and I have to turn my shoulders constantly to pick up the stuff they drop. and my M2 isn't a track dedicated car.. if it was, I'd slap in the Recaro PPs instead of M3/4 seats that aren't really for track neither.

Rear Seats
This is totally awesome!!
What would you have to do with the rear M4 seats to make them fit in the M2? That's the way the car should have been from the start. |
