6MT Turbo lag during breaking?
Hi All!
Has anyone noticed the turbo lag post shift during Break In? Even in Sport+ it's still fairly noticeable. Not sure if it's just normal, or if it'll get better once I can actually get on it. |

The specs show full torque begins at 1,450 rpm but my experience has been that below 2,500 there is a bit of lag/delay. Above 2,500 - 3,000 the car just flies right away.

It will get better once you can really get on it. Same thing happened to me and now it just goes through the gears with really quick spool between upshifts.

You really have to be FAST off the throttle, and fast back on the throttle to keep the turbos engaged. I'm used to driving NA cars where I ease back onto the throttle to keep the car smooth, but this one just begs to be driven hard. I like it! |
