Ordered today from Amazon.. Prime means ill get it Wed! Sure is cheaper than the European scale replicas.. lol. Looks a little squished/distorted in the packaging. Have to see if thats real or not.

Ya they do look a bit odd. Hopefully just optically distorted.

Was the euro one like $80? I saw some online that were larger scale AND available in the other colours.

I bought one from WM a couple of weeks ago. I'm also a child for collecting Hot Wheels of high end cars and displaying them in my office... My office also has dozens of 1:18 scale cars displayed and I have an entire glass door cabinet in my home office of nothing but 1:18 scale Ferraris....

Hi ex-mini. I actually found the hot wheels m2 in various Walmart's and toysrus in Mississauga last month. PM me if you can't find and I also have extras of all 5 colours of the matchbox 1M

They're also pretty widely available on EBay, that's where I got mine a few months ago. It's nice but obviously doesn't really compare to the larger Minichamps miniatures.

These have been out a few months, so the under-a-dollar variety are getting scarce at local stores. But Ebay is full of them for $5 or $6 each, plus shipping; long and short card versions are available.

BTW, there are at least two other threads here on this topic...plus the 1/18 and 1/43 Minichamps M2s that are mostly sold out. The 1/87 will be out either this month or October.
