Done modding

Hopefully I am done with mods.

So far I have:

M Performance package
Black side grills
M Performance floor mats
M Performance pedals
M Performance interior kit

I am extremely happy with the look and sound of my M2. I can’t think of anything else that I would like to do.

I know others have done much more. But I am done. I don’t need more power or sound.

I have a smile on my face every time I drive the car (in Sport of course).

It looks good in the car, but it reminds me of the hats that old French men wear in the park while playing boules (petanque).

Nice mods!

All are good, except that I don't count floor mats as a mod. Springs, tune, exhaust, spacers, aero yes. Floor mats....no.

Well you can get it with leather instead or a combination if one were to decide to get one.

Sometimes the old men wear leather hats :-)

Like a paperboy's hat!

That was the first thing I thought of as well - and I also think it looks good.

The only thing I'll be doing to my M2 is adding some old chandeliers to the front fenders, just like The Duke. People will want to talk to me, but nobody gets to meet The Duke.

The M Performance pedals you ordered, are they ones which require the Drilling? I saw few for M240i which does not require drilling. Just was curious. Also the pedals for manual seems to be not available on shopbmwusa.com but one set is available on https://bmwpartspros.com/ for manual.

Mine required drilling. My local body shop installed them for $20. They also installed them on my M235i.

I bought them from Sun Motors BMW off eBay. Funny that they have them listed as M5 pedals but the part numbers are the same and they verified that it would fit.
https://www.ebay.com/itm/BMW-M-PERFO...1aBL8X&vxp=mtr

Funny that they show the picture as two pedals but actually came as all three pedals since the brake pedal on a DCT M2 is the same as a 6 speed M2. The DCT brake pedal is smaller than a M240i automatic brake pedal.

I got my 3 pedals from Brian at sunmotors, drilling is required but only one was difficult due to being sheet metal (maybe it was two...). Either way, a simple DIY. If you're going to be tracking the car, there's the added security of having it drilled. I've heard people haven't any problems with 3m tape though.
