That's Funny. Black Edition... with a chrome badge and chrome tailpipes.

Something so simple.

Nah this "official " thread is just a little late to the board. See the unnoficial thread.

So...basically a "base" MG F87 (with blue stitching) and a few MPerf parts thrown on, then give it a cool? moniker like "Black Shadow Edition"
...for a grey car.

Riiiiiiiiiight.

Looks like BMW could use an LCI in their Marketing department.

FWIW...brand new F87 seen below is already available in a dealership around the corner from me and seems to fit the name better:

Those rims are the only OEM wheels that I really like!

It might be the lighting but the tailpipe trims look black or shadow chrome?

Yup very simlar M140i black edition

I personally do not like BMW doing this. Just throw the different package combination with proper discount direct from the order, not from the dealer, would be much better for those want extra MP goodies.

And if you want to call something edition after model name, yeah... give some extra performace not only cosmetic features that you can litterally add anytime.

Ahhh... I do think you're right about the tailpipes. I'll take that hit... BMW still takes the hit for the badge.
