Nice great stuff, got mine 4 days ago and I have to agree, the volume of the HK has to be high to hear music with windows down. In my GTI I had it at 30% and was already loud.
I'm going for full XPEL Stealth wrap next Monday as PPF seems to be a mandatory thing with cars today.
The MT is amazing, never had the chance to test it, but I am so glad I took it. So much involvement and such a rewarding experience. Not a problem in stop and go so far.
Also agree on power, I didn't explore the 5-7k area under the graph yet but it seems perfectly balanced and just enough for this car.
Had MPSS in the Golf and got Contis in the BMW - they seem less grippy but they might need more break in as I did ca. 500km for now.
Love wireless Apple Carplay - in my golf had to connect it all the time through a USB cable.

What about the KW V3 compared to stock?
I'm contemplating MPS, AST or KW V3

The amount of attention I got in 4 days of owning this car is hilarious

Regarding volume issues, wondering if ASD has been deleted. When playing radio (mostly satellite; not phone) with ASD deleted and windows up, 30% vol is all I need to get it LOUD inside. Before ASD was removed that number was closer to 50%.. I dont pay much attention to listening with the windows down; to me thats not a great way to listen to music anyway.

Aren’t the M Performance coilovers rebranded KW V3s? That being said, for a combo street/occasional track, V3s are great; for more track time, while still streetable, KW Clubsports w/camber plates (they come with the kit) or equivalent from MCS or AST is the way to go. Figure out your priorities and majority use of the car before pulling the trigger on suspension - lots of good options out there, just need to figure out compromises

I had it coded off, but just got reset to factory coding after the dealer performed my Idrive recall/reset

It seems like audio from a bluetooth source has less volume than USB. Try that?

Yeah could be, will check that. Is it possible to have carplay via cable?

Thanks, if I decide on KW V3s / MPerformance Coils which ones should I go for? Cheaper option?

Nice review. I have two scuffs that show black underneath my Alpine White on the front bumper. Yeah, that paint is kinda weak.

Very well made video!
Seems I have to look more closely into wrapping the car.
Thanks.

Yes and no. They aren't simply rebranded, there are definitely a few differences, one of which is that the V3's can go much lower. I've seen a ton of people with the MP coils who have had to remove perches/helper springs etc. because the car sat to high for their liking and they couldn't go as low as they would have liked. The KW's do not have this problem and have a much larger adjustment range. So if a large height range is important to you and you don't want to start removing or modifying things the V3's are better in that regard.

Also I'm pretty sure the springs rates are different between the two. And obviously the color and the fact that one is an official M performance part and the other is considered aftermarket.
