Hi M-Supra, would you ask your dyno shop for a full dyno plot? Attached is the best I can do from your video.

I have no doubt your car is blistering fast for a N55. Basically I'd like to see where exactly the power is made. Without seeing your dyno log, I'd assume octane is adequate for 11 degrees of timing with 16~17psi up top. Does stock turbo necessarily make top end power then? It's interesting to see.

We had a M2 test car (stock turbo), we pushed with ethanol and race gas on backend flash and JB4, sometimes flash alone. It'd be interesting to compare our result to yours.
