Sell E46 M3 and Buy M2 or Keep M3 and buy RS3?
Hey Guys,
I'm in a bit of a conundrum. Currently I have a 2003.5 E46 M3 as my weekender and a 2014 Golf R as my daily. I really like the M2 and am on a waiting list for it, but I'm also leaning towards the new Audi RS3 (I know heresy). So the problem is whether to keep the Golf R and sell the M3 for the M2, or keep the M3 and sell the Golf R for the RS3??? I've had the M3 for over 10 years and I still love driving her. Truly, with the exception of a Porsche, there really hasn't been any cars that I can think of that makes me want to get rid of her. Now, I've heard and read from the forums that the M2 is the spiritual successor and is that much more, which has me thinking, M2. But at the same time I can keep the M3 and get the Audi RS3 with that awesome 5 cylinder engine....hmmmm...help please!!!

The e46 is a fine winter vehicle. Up here in the great white north, I've used (and continue to use) my lowered 330ci in the winter. With a proper set of winter tires, there is nothing that the car can't do provided that it can actually clear whatever is on the road.

Why not TTRS over RS3?
I myself am deciding M2 trade for ttrs and then trade ttrs for m2 cs. The problem is if I like theM2 better this whole idea would be a waste of time and $$. |

Keep the VW, Keep the BMW, Keep the Mercedes, Add the Audi, then add a Porsche.
Sell a Kidney and some bone marrow. There, you CAN have it all. Mike

Keep the E46 M3. Buy the M2. Get rid of the VW, and pick up a good winter beater for 2 or 3k. Something like a Ford Escape or Grand Cherokee, etc

Keep the M3 and buy the M2!!! Not the same at all. I sold my E46 M3 to buy an M4 and I just replaced my 135i with an M2 for my dd. Stay with the brand!!!
