So Long.. Why?
Finally got my production number, but all week when I log in to MyBMW it says...
Vehicle Timeline - We are currently processing your order and will inform you once your BMW enters production. How long should I expect before I see this change? |

What week is your production set to end? You'll see an update about 7-10 days before that

The wait was three or four weeks for me. You will find a lot of useful information in the sticky on this forum entitled "Guide to Ordering and Tracking your BMW."

Call BMW Genius Hotline at 844-443-6487 and give them your production #. They will answer all your questions. You can also call BMW NA Production at 800-831-1117 and do the same thing.

Your PCD should be around the 2nd week of July - typically scheduled for 8 weeks after production ends.

Maybe because the regular version is getting a facelift for 2018? So... "new car"? Not sure they would treat that like the production of the pre-facelift car is ending, but it's the only reason I can think of.

You'll need to add a vehicle and enter in your production number, then you'll see the tracker

My experience with the tracker is it kinda sucked. Generally it showed activity a few days late so I got in the habit of calling BMW to get updates.

When I add my production number, the next page comes up listing my vehicle that's in production. When I hit "Continue" on the bottom right hand, the following pops up in red "Date of purchase or delivery is required
Mileage when purchased is required" I guess I'm missing something? Any thoughts? |
