Michelin PS AS3+ vs Conti DWS 06
Which is the better tire for all season the Michelin PS AS3+ or the Continental DWS 06? Which will do better in the rain? Does anyone have personal experience on these tires? Will these tires perform better than the PSS in the rain? I mainly notice a loss of traction during acceleration with my PSS. I know that the Continentals have a thin sidewall and are subject to damage from potholes.

I have the AS3+ and they are fantastic. Good cold weather tire, much better than dedicated summers. Do surprisingly well in the slush stuff. Great in the rain. When its dry and not too cold they really do grip well too.
This is my december-april tire. |

AS3+ is a great tire, with lots of grip in the rain. I run them on two other vehicles. If I needed an all season tire, I wouldn't run any other tire. I don't have any experiences with the DWS-06's so can't comment on those.
