the intake sound is really just barely there being a somewhat closed system. i boosted the sound levels up in the video just so the intake could be heard a bit more. the exhaust sound is really going to overpower the intake noise except when the throttle is released and the intake makes that sneezing sound haha

also, no CEL so far and i've put about 400ish miles already on it.

North Fontana, pretty close to AAA speedway. After all the rains we had, it was nice to not have a cloud in the sky.

run2 = exhaust alone
run7 = exhaust + intake

as expected - no significant gain. the numbers are pretty consistent w/ just the exhaust alone. and now we have a dyno that shows it.

I just installed Gruppe M intake, after driving hard it shows "drivetrain mulfunction" before it shows up, i felt the power loss during 180km/h to 200km/h. But its gone after restsrt the car. Is this normal for this intake? I thought it suppose to be better than stock in any speed range.

I think i saw a thread talking about the heat soak from exposed filters like eventuri and bms etc. Since i haven't seen anyone post about the GruppeM, I'll gladly take one for the team to report my findings haha
It's true for every 6 to 7% increase in engine temperature you have a 1 to 2% loss in horsepower.

Great flowing closed box fed with cold air is always best for max benefits.
