TC Kline Racing Coilovers

TCKR F8x, M2 Single Adjustable Coilover Suspension System

Now you can improve both the handling and the ride quality of your M3 or M4 at the same time! Choose you spring rates, shock rebound adjustment settings, (externally), and ride height from 2" below stock to even above stock if you like. This TC Kline Racing Coilover System includes proprietary valved KONI rebound adjustable struts and shocks, and our super trick VVS alloy springs. Unlike other coilover systems, our rebound adjusters and wide range of spring rates enable a true match to your driving needs and preferences. Encompassing both street comfort and track performance, this kit is unsurpassed in its class.

For an even more advanced setup, choose the double adjustable rear shocks. The improved control of the rear suspension enhanses the traction available from turn entry to turn exit - even if you just leave the settings in the softer positions.

This kit includes the following:

(1) 8741-1484LSPTC - TC Kline Racing / Koni Left front threaded body strut
(1) 8741-1484RSPTC - TC Kline Racing / Koni Right front threaded body strut
(2) 8241-1200Sport - TC Kline Racing / Koni externally adjustable rear shocks
(1) E90/92M3ShockKit - Sleeves and Bushings to install Front and rear shocks

(2) TCKFSXXX - Pair of VVS Front Springs in your choice of rate
(2) TCKRSXXX.250.10 - Pair of VVS rear springs in your choice of spring rate
(1) TCKE90RSA, F8X Rear ride height adjusters - nests into the unibody for perfect fit.
(2) Koni Spanner Wrenchs
(2) Koni rebound adjuster knobs
(1) One pair of super trick TCK F8X or M2 adjustable camber caster plates - with stainless steel bearing housing and strut brace inserts.

That was the first on M2.

There are many running TCKR on the F80 F82 side. Have a look there.

Do you need to re-preload (reset) the bushings?

No, do not preload the bushings during re-assembly. You will want the suspension loaded when tightening the suspension bolts to factory torque specs. If the pickup point is a bearing, you do not have to worry about it.

Some really good news this morning from TCKline Racing. In about 12 weeks TC the new style rear shocks should be out with much more accessible rebound damping adjustments. No longer you have to remove the upper shock mount to make adjustments to your rear shocks!

Just a quick question if changing the stock suspension from standard to coilovers such as these will you need to put spacers on the car ?

No, no spacers are required. You will have plenty of inside wheel clearance.

Great thanks Harold

I sadly was the victim of crime and had my M4 competition stolen off my driveway just over a week ago .

The noise of the MPE starting woke me

I had both keys so looked a professional car thief crime

Long story short now looking to replace the car with either another M4 comp or M2 hence my interest in this thread

I am sorry to hear what happened to you. It's shame that BMW can't make the key encryption system more robust so it can not be duplicated. I hope insurance was able to cover fully for the car.

Let me know if you have any questions regarding the TCKline or the Ohlins(I think we talked about the Ohlins in the past). Feel free to PM or email if it's off the topic for this thread.

TC Kline Racing just released their new double adjustable rears with a window for the rebound adjustment. No more removing the rear shocks!

Full DA suspension. I have no issues with the day to day street driving or track use. This is my fourth full TCK DA system. 2 Race cars, E46 M3 and now the M2.

Congrats!

You likely have one of the best set-up M2's out there.

Yes, I am very fortunate! TC has been awesome to work with. Having access to data for road and tracks that is proven is a really big plus. Once you have a setup like this, there is really not much else that's needed as most of us cannot out drive the car in stock form.

I am fortunate enough to have driven many TC prepared cars, including his latest F80 M3.

Enjoy it!
