f8x competition paddle shifters fitment

Per the autotecknic site the extended paddle shifters for the f80/f82/f10 etc also fit the f87. I bet the YMB painted ones don't look too far off with the blue interior stitching for those with DCT, but it's a matter of time before they have LBB available. quick install that adds some POP to the dash

Is there a simple DIY for the shift paddle replacement?

I wonder what these things are made of? Might be interesting if the DO offer them in LBB.
