Has anyone noted that the 4th-5th-6th gears of the M2's DCT are too long? This is the first cause because the supremacy of the Boxster/Cayman in drag race. Only after this aspect comes the difference in weight.
On the M2 in 5th gear you can reach 250kph/155mph before shifting to the 6th gear. That is the problem. |

Not if you're on the long straight of Nurburgring. You'll be riding the limiter for quite a while at 155mph. Trust me. You want to derestrict it and change up

Here in Canada you can easily make the 718S cost double the price of the M2 ($63K vs $120K). P cars are incredibly over priced here compared to US.
