Got my 1200 mile break-in service scheduled for this morning. I'm interested on how the top end performs.

It pulls consistently from 5500-7000. I'm not noticing any drop-off in power. The sound though is really nice in the upper range...definite attraction.

its -15 to -30c every day here for the last month and lots of snow and ice on the road. I cant drive it firm as break in has suggested. Plus my trip to work is 5 minutes or so and it doesn't get past cold on the meter. When I've taken it on the weekend I've fully warmed it up tried to drive firm with low rpm loading and some pulls to 5000rpm but those are rare as everything is bloody close to where I live. I deliberately have to just go and 'drive' around to accomplish break in here during the winter.

Will all the short trips and gentle driving and the engine never being able to properly warm up do any harm?
