M2 LCI ?

I am on the waiting list for an M2 in the UK, might get an allocation very soon,so do i stall and waiting for LCI model ?
Or i might ask for a few M bits to be add for free if i except non LCI !
What do you think ?

lol just because u are willing to accept the tail end of the 2017 models doesn't mean you should get free M stuff. As far as the LCI no one really knows what they are changing but speculating on LED lights. Probably upgrade on I drive. I really doubt they will change the body style. If you do end up liking the new LCI changes you can always upgrade different parts at your own expense. I'm in the same boat too waiting for an allocation and will most likely get the 2017 model.

The older model will be less desirable just like the older idrive in the earlier versions,everybody wants the idrive 5 now.

Will be the same for the LCI.

Lci will have £1200 first year road tax and about £100 more per year road tax for the next 5 years !. I would Get a pre April 17 one new.

Not being in the UK, I don't know about road tax. But LCI will also include whatever price hikes come with MY2018.

The desirability change will be as nominal as the LCI changes. MY2018 will be one model year newer, of course, which may impact resale if you are only holding onto it for a few years. But when I buy used cars I only really look at mileage unless there are significant design changes (which there do not appear to be). So... resale price impact will likely just offset the MY price hike.

I would not wait... but I already got one, you see
