I would never, ever, pick up an M2 in weather like that. I was just driving around in 20 deg weather in the snow in a car with all season tires and I was happy to be back in the driveway. Driving in the snow on HP tires is just stupid. Please enjoy the car in good health.

My winter set up (Minchelin Alpine tyres + 19 wheels from a M3) are coming onto my car next week... So I drove very slow in the snow conditions to my home and today I dropped the car to a detailer, to get the car detailed and the front covered with Xpell...
