Service pack

Is the service interval every 2 years as in normal bmw's or do M cars have annual servicing ?
Also do you guys know if the service pack is still 5 years in the uk ?
I'm asking as I've been advised by some that it's not worth having if you do low mileage.

Just spoke to the dealer about this very question today. In the UK is £999 for 3 years. Break in service is £360 ish.

I'm awaiting final costs from the dealer as I only do 5 - 6,000 miles per year myself....

I should know in the next couple of days.

Can't believe Stratstones are still insisting today that the service pack is 5 years.
They are also insisting road tax is £555.00 for the dct.
Wonder if I'll end up with a 240 at this rate.

I've had my car since September and could of purchased the service pack 5years/60000 miles when I ordered my car for £800. I didn't bother and now it's only 3years/36000 miles for £999.

My dealer has quoted me for £305 for the RIS, so unless the next service is going to cost over £700 it's not really worth it.

Good news from dealer regarding Service Pack.
They are still honouring the 5 year service pack as deposit was placed before the revised 3 year pack kicked in and car is on schedule to be delivered in March.
