Are Arc8's completley out of the question?

Hi!

I currently have a squared set of apex arc-8s in 18x9.5
ET35 that I use on my M3 e46 for track use.

I have an M2 on order(yaaaaay!) and I've read that the arc8s won't
clear the brakes.

Isn't it even possible with spacers? Or would you need
too much mm's?

Would hate to sell them because I think they would look awesome
on the m2!

Is waiting for your M2 and trying it on yourself not an option for you? You have the wheels and your car is coming.

The barrel of the wheel isn't large enough for the brakes on the M2

@CosmosMpower has the same wheels in 18x 10 (as do I) but has the same car as you and might be able to drop some science .. my understanding is that the barrel of the wheel does not clear the calipers.

I personally prefer the arc8 to the ec7 so... good luck.

So where is this barrel? I've always thought that the spokes were the problem.
