Any West Coast or Northwest M2s available at MSRP?

I do not see a classifieds section for M2post, so posting here. Any M2s available at MSRP on the west coast (I'm in the Pacific northwest) but would be willing to fly and buy as long as drive home isn't too crazy. My only requirement is 6MT. If you know of one, please PM me! Thank you!

Thank you. I did look at the main "BMW M2 Forum" page before posting and did not see a Classifieds section. Maybe a mod would be kind enough to move my thread. Thank you.

Since most cars are being ordered with DCT, (not sure the percentage) finding a manual car might be a little tougher. I would consider searching nationally and using a transport service if you want a car anytime soon. There have been a few guys here who have had to pull out if their deal because life happens so might want to keep a close eye here and you might get lucky. A buddy of mine got his car that way. He got his exact spec that was sitting at a dealer because the guy couldn't go through with the sale, paid MSRP and 1600 for enclosed shipping and now he has his car.

For 2016...

DCT 402 56.4%
6MT 311 43.6%

So not sure "most" is the correct word But I don't know what the 2017 percentage was.

Perhaps your math works different than mine, the math I learned is that 56.4 is more than 43.6. I was told the split tends to be 60/40 on M cars looks like the M2 in the first year was close to that split. Look at the cars that are available online and you will see that "most" that are available are DCT.

Going out on a limb here: I suspect that most cars you see "available" online have DCTs because they were dealer ordered without a specific customer in mind as the automatic opens the door to a wider pool of potential buyers.

Perhaps you are confusing the word "most" with "more" in addition to "ordered" vs. "available"

The cars that are "available" are high margin cars - where the dealers have bulked up on the options (M package, DCT, carbon fiber, MPE, etc.) in an effort to still sell the car at sticker and yet make more money.

Interestingly enough, the BMW system will not let a dealer search available inventory on the M2 by transmission type.....
