So no idea if they are referring to the little m spoiler or something else because it would make zero sense to offer a rear spoiler that required a splitter but not offer a splitter.. am i right??

Anyway his one comment of the front and side winglets work together I understand and that makes sense. I was just worried that the rear spoiler needed the front winglets which at this point I dont think is the case. Plus I dont think i want the winglets and the set of 4 is something like $3,000 which is crazy.

For me I'm going rear diffuser, MPE with carbon and rear M spoiler. front black grill and side gills. Thats enough extra $$.

im not one who tracks their car (will probably change with the M2) so what do i know... but i cant see not getting the M rear spoiler severely affecting performance if you have the front end goodies. I mean, the car already comes with a factory rear spoiler...im sure those in the know will chime in..

Personally, im looking to get cf rear diffusor, mirrors and, although i find the cost of them outrageous, the winglets in order to balance out the cf look on my BSM.

I'm asking because I'll receive my LBB M2 in about two months and I still have to decide if I go for the Xpel protector that you put on your beautiful M2 or the full Xpel job that covers the full front of the car (bumper, mirrors, hood and wings). ?

Here in Canada my local car detailing shop do the small job (like the one on your M2) for $750 and the full job for $1,500 CDN.

Have you put Xpel on the side rockers panels too ? I'm considering it for only $150, I guess it worth it.

Thanks!
It costs more but its worth it. You wont notice it as much and it will be much easier to keep clean. You really need to keep the line where the Xpel ends clean in order not to notice it. This is because dust collects behind it. Its easily removed with a microfibre or very light detailing brush and some detailing spray but If you have the full bonnet/hood done then you wont even notice there is xpel on it even if it gets dirty. I didnt have enough money left over from the m2 at the time to get the whole thing done and really wanted xpel on the front asap to stop stone chips since I'm driving to nurburgring next month. I would get the full hood done though if i was to do it again.

Wow badluck! I missed the original post, but am glad I see it now. Car looks spectacular!

I am really liking BSM with the carbon parts. Everything just flows naturally with this color.

When you are reconsidering your LBB choice, keep in mind that the BSM to look clean (as on the first picture) will have to be washed every day and kept away from dust. The LBB one will only requires a weekly wash to look "clean". I'm probably a little lazy, so mine will be LBB...

But BSM is certainly the more stunning color, when it is clean.

Was considering the MPE and maybe turning the active sound off. Now the side grills look really good too - in black.

Ugh... can I own two BSM cars? I'm not sure I can... must never visit this thread again.
Of course you can!

Admittedly, it's tough to keep BOTH clean at the same time !

IMO the M2 can't pull of AW like the 1M. It doesnt emphasize the cars lines/shape. I'd had a 1M in AW and for some reason i don't seem to want to do the same with the M2. It just isnt really shouting at me.

BSM or LBB all the way. I get to drive the M2 demo a week today. Lets see if it lives up to the 1M.
Update to this story ?

I personally like both. You can't go wrong with either. Black is a nightmare to keep looking clean.
You can't go wrong with any color M2...

But you can go RIGHTEOUS by going with BSM!

Always Bet on Black! Stunning car !

Considering this car will not be my DD, the BSM is my choice. It will never see rain and is garaged and covered when not in use. Yes, BSM can be a PITA to maintain but when it's clean, there is nothing to compare. If my DD, I would have to go with MG.
