Does anyone think we would be able to remove the reflectors to get back the 1M vent look? I wonder how they are installed and what's behind them.

Totally agree! BMW should have made a "prettier" rear end for 1M owners trying to catch up M2 drivers!
no matter how fast the M2 will be it will always be behind the 1M

All that Air Curtain & fangs stuff, but they treat the M2 to fake vents with reflectors.

Maybe the rear vents are already present, design-wise, on the base M2 because the M2 CSL will need/use these (if any such vehicle ever sees the light of day) ?

I have no idea what you're saying... I'm blinded by the beauty of the E9.

Understandable.

Here it is: http://www.stanceworks.com/2013/09/e...sa-bmw-e9-csl/

Unfortunately, the photoshoot happened on the fateful day that it crashed into a wall at Laguna Seca. Repairable, but painful to the eyes anyway.

I find it amazing how important it is to use the right "photographer equipment" in order to get some really nice results. I don't wannt to see those cell phone pics anymore...
