I have bad luck with nails too but didn't buy the tire warranty. Instead I drove it to Discount Tire and bought their tire warranty for it. I did that with the X6 and have already gotten two tires out of it. No protection for wheels though.

BMW will cover the wheels. That was the main reason why. Delivery is Thursday for me! These next couple nights will be restless.

Right but if your main concern is the nails in the tires then going through Discount Tire is much much cheaper. Obviously if you want wheel coverage too then BMW is the way to go. I thought you were saying you were buying it mainly because you have bad luck with nails in the tires.

There are also bad potholes around here so one bad hit and there goes a split or bent wheel. Is discount tire third party if you make a claim?

Not sure what your question is? If you get a nail or hit a pothole and damage the tire (road hazard) Discount Tire will patch or replace the tire with the same brand/model that was on the car. Does not include wheel coverage. I hit a huge pothole in my Z3 back in the day damaging two wheels. The road hazard coverage on my insurance policy covered it.

MG car, no exec, at MSRP, plus 6.8 % Washington State taxes, license, registration, etc.

MPerformance add-ons at dealer, not port: 25%-40% off MSRP for CF diffuser, mirror caps, insert for steering wheel, spoiler...plus pedals at no charge.

No dealer warranty add-ons

About $60 grand total. $20 grand down, $40 grand financed by PenFed at 1.99% over 60 months.

Monthly payment = $701.

Add ons from dealer, I assume not port installed?

More room for negotiation for MP parts that are not part of the window sticker

That might get you a closet here. I've seen parking spaces go for more than that on Oahu.
