Do winter tires count? These are 245/45/18's on TA5R 18x9 on stock suspension. The 45 is a bit tall for the front, and I get a tiny bit of rub on the front liner near full lock, but only on the driver side. I don't think you can go to taller tire in the front.

I will say tho, if you plan to daily the car, a 40 sidewall is actually a big improvement in comfort. It was larger than I expected and makes spirited driving on less than ideal roads more fun, since the car feels less unsettled mid corner when encountering bumps. |

No issue, just go with a wider tire frankly (like a 265 & 285/35/18 setup or something). You will probably need your coils to drop to compensate the additional gap for the smaller wheel/tire setup, but that’s about it.
