Height is not a shock adjustment factor. When people talk about 1 way, 2 way, 3 way they are talking about shock compression/rebound adjustment (high speed, low speed etc)

2 Way (Rebound and Dampening)
There's no compression adjustment in the MP Coilovers.

I think you got that wrong? Dampening = Compression.

Both KW V3 and BMW M Performance kits for the F87 M2 have:
1. Adjustable Spring platforms (although the KW V3 uses shorter springs on the rear with a helper spring and collar so they can ride lower)
2. Adjustable Compression Damping
3. Adjustable Rebound Damping

The paperwork suggests the damping adjustment is non-linear, so make of that what you will...

I bought it because bmw put their name on it. I’ve done my share of aftermarket parts. Nothing against it. But since I can get a one backed part, I preferred it. It’s been flawless and I have the rear on lowest setting 2degree camber with 3 clicks open rebound. All around.

Is the ride more bouncy over poor pavement on the street? Deciding between M Performance suspension and Dinan coilovers. I know they are certainly not the same in terms of adjustability, etc. The big draw on Dinan is supposedly improved ride quality on the street over stock. The street is where my DD M2 lives 98% of the time.

My ride is exactly the same. You can set compression and rebound. Even the BMW master tech that installed it said he was surprised it was exactly the same ride. I don’t have experience with Donna so I can’t help you there but I’m very happy with my BMW branded ones.
