KW v3 settings

Hello,

any recommended settings for the shocks for track usage? I haven't done any modifications from factory on them.
Running 18" square with 265/35 Nankang AR1

Well, noting that the V3s and MPS appear to start off as the same hardware, BMW recommend going 2 clicks harder on Compression and Rebound damping both front and rear for what's described as "a flat race course". These settings apparently deliver a "more direct feel", but "can be too harsh for street driving".
