Not a chance!

Audi does that because of their generic family design language that is constantly changing because they cannot make up their freaking minds.

Today dealers in Poland received confirmation that there is LCI for M2 and new code for car ordering for production in July. Still no confirmation when the changes and new prices are going to be published.

Great, gonna call mine and confirm

EDIT: Confirmed - new model code is in the system but as Darekme stated no further details are known for now. It should be in configurator by the end of May in PL and rumored to be in 2 weeks in Belgian one.

BMW model upgrade measures in the summer of 2017.

27.04.2017 Press Release

BMW M2: New engine generation with enhanced power and optimised efficiency.
From July 2017, the BMW M2 will underscore its outstanding sporting character even more intensely with an extremely powerful straight six-cylinder petrol engine of the latest generation, similar to that in the 2017 models of the M140i and M240i. Compared with the previous engine, the newly developed 3-litre power unit featuring M*Performance Twin Power Turbo technology now mobilises 297*kW/399*hp following a power increase of 22*kW/29 hp and delivers a maximum of 550*Newton metres of torque. It completes the spurt from 0 to 100 km/h by up to 0.3 seconds faster than the predecessor model, whilst both fuel consumption and CO2 emissions as per EU test cycle are up to 7 percent lower than before.

With the standard 6-speed manual transmission, the new M2 accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.2*seconds or with the optional 7-speed DCT transmission in 3.9*seconds respectively. Fuel consumption as per EU test cycle is 7.8*litres per 100*kilometres (DCT: 7.1*litres) and CO2 emissions 179*grams per kilometre (163*g/km).

Further enhancements include improved instrumentation visibility, full LED lights and a carbon-fibre roof option.

Ha ha ha... sorry but I couldn't help it. Relaaax everyone, just a joke

That's crazy. I just spoke to mine and their info says March 2018 but maybe that's the CS and they're mixing them up?

my whole post was about this, i chose not to wait and i don't regret it one bit, the car is rare as it is, unless its really going to bother you then don't wait around, god knows when you'd get an allocation and you could risk another summer of no M2. i have no regrets basically
