You may have seen Ian ///M post about the loaded BSM M2 at BMW Fairfax in Virginia.

It appears they now have a LBB,6MT,Exec without all the extra parts going for what appears to be MSRP (According to the website). Can't confirm if it's available or spoken for but as mentioned it is on their site.

I contacted the dealer and said the car is already spoken for.

When new cars come in they are automatically put on most dealers website even if they are sold.

Exactly, my car was listed on my dealer site and someone here posted it as available, dealer got a ton of phone calls only to tell them it was already sold. Hell I paid in full for my car 2 weeks before it arrived to make sure that nobody could tempt them into bailing on our deal. I know it wouldn't have happened but as your car gets closer the conspiracy theories build up. One did come true though, I got stuck with the Conti's .

Looks like a 2017 popped up at the same dealer in BSM. Looks to be available at MSRP.
