I think the guys who made forged rims know better, can or cannot remove material in the back pad, and how much, they said could remove 7mm and so I will.
Keep in mind that the stock 265 PSS star spec runs SKINNY. Not that you're keeping it, but just so you know.

If the manufacturer said you can remove 7mm, then it's an easy choice. Great solution IMO.

Depending on your tire choice, you can then use a wide 265, normal 285, or a bit skinny 295. If you try to put a wide 295 on there you're probably going to poke again, so be ready for it.

I will use 265 in the front, want to use a minimum 295 in the back, I ordered 10.5 rims to have good grip on the track, and I had not thought of going below 295 in the rear. I will tell the experience when I have everything assembled, if I have to give some camber back, then I will, but less than 295 not.

I thought 265/35/19 tires rub in the front? Unless he is thinking 265/30/19 and 295/30/19.

Correct. It's going to need to be 30 series tires, and then cambered to keep it from rubbing.

Looks great. Any rubbing in the front? I'm going to be running a setup very similar to yours in a few months.
