Did BMW USA change its site?

When I log in to check my status only get option for my garage? As I can remember we had two options to log in last week.

New website. They changed everything. I had to re-register.

Yep. It’s getting another update this weekend. I had to call because my login was showing someone else’s account information. Sure hope this doesn’t mean someone else has my info.

Mine kept saying I needed to reverify and that it was sending me a link. It never sent me a link. Had to click forgot password and reset that route, just an FYI in case you experience something similar.

It eventually loaded so all good. However, I hope they aren't expecting me to make payments on a car I don't own. I'll call later today to get this resolved.
