Gruden is now the coach the Raiders. $100,000,000 over 10 years? That is absolutely crazy. That makes him the highest paid coach in the league with only one title. Does belichick even make that type of cash? What a bold move from a bold franchise moving into a bold market. Good luck with that.

The Raiders have been trying to lure Gruden back for years. Apparently he couldn’t refuse the ridiculous number of 10yr 100mil....kinda desperate move by the Raiders tho. Not so sure Al Davis would have sold the farm to bring Gruden back. Huge pressure on everyone involved given those numbers...Geeeez
