Although the 235 and M2 N55's are very similar, the suggested first mods might be different, so you might want to pose this question in a different section.

I would imagine a charge-pipe, which is known to fail, and catted downpipe would be first on the list, but maybe not for the 235 guys. BMW clutch stop? M Performance suspension? Depends on your goals really.
