OBD II plug

I recently bought a Scan Gauge for my new M2. It provides info on such things as oil pressure, oil temp, coolant temp, mileage etc. The Scan Gauge plugs into the OBD II socket which is on the left almost opposite the driver's knee. I attempted to unplug it today and it will not come out of the OBD II. Does anyone have any ideas what needs to be done to unplug this Scan Gauge plug. Thanks.

Let it cool overnight and try it. Some OBD devices run very hot, which can cause them to bind.

If that doesn't work, pull harder.
