Vorsteiner Carbon Graphite Wheel repair
Curbed my VFF 103 and when I called around no one would commit to a perfect paint match when repaired.
I decided to do it myself and in searching found the perfect paint match for a DIY You need Dupli-Color Perfect Match BTY1619 Magnetic Gray Metallic and Rust-oleum 2X Ultra Cover Satin Clear The paint is an exact match, even down to flake size Below is the repair, keep in mind this is a blend and not a full re-spray |

Can you take a picture of where the actual scratches happened? By taking a picture from afar, we couldn't exactly see where it happened. Unless we really couldn't even from a close up.

The goal with blending is to no create a solid transition line between the new and old paint. This video goes over the basics on how to blend. Key is to not go heavy to avoid runs and solid lines https://how-to-repair.org/repair/aut...H7QBsSHXE.html |

Very nice repair job...I can't see anything in the "after" picture.
Do you have a few pics of these on the car? Debating right now between the 103's and the 107's...also provide specs please. Much appreciated. |
