Exact same as yours but with the exec pack!

I wonder if cars are staged based on color. It would make a lot of sense from an efficiency standpoint to paint all the MG cars in one shift, all the AW in another shift, all the LBB in another, etc. That way you arent changing out the spray equipment constantly or having wet paint sit around while you paint 20 cars of a different color. Might be why other week 43 folks are underway and you and I are not.

That's strange. They suggested I call next week.

Of course, I don't call much--I just track my car on My BMW. Maybe that means they keep a log on us all.

Working on it, sounds like a great way to pick up the new ride! I hate to push too far into Dec, hoping to get some info from my CA on dates available.

Today is my estimated production completion date. I just called for an update and the guy said "this is the m2 we talked about yesterday, right?!". Oops, guess I call too much.

I got my allocation for a week 47 build and PCD delivery. Excited! Question - any of you know when I should expect to get it at the PCD? I have some work travel and other commitments that I need to work around.

I got AW/DCT/Exec. So excited

My week 36 completed production on 9/2 and was scheduled for PCD on 11/4. About 9/23 the car arrived at Charleston and I got an email from my CA asking if I would like to take delivery early. Scheduled to take delivery at PCD this Friday, 10/21 only 5 more days and the wait is finally over.

I hear that. I was looking to turn it into a mini-vacation by driving back to VA via 129 and Blue Ridge Parkway, but I don't think I'd want to risk that in late Dec/Jan if it comes to it.

I have a week 47 build too, and I got told end of December/1st week of Jan. I'm hoping that is the case, but that's really only giving them about 6 weeks of time since the production starts.

I have two stupid questions... I have a production number, but I have no idea what week build it is? On bmwusa I am still in the first prong of the timeline "order documented."

Second stupid question...on bmwusa it's show a photo of an M2 above the timeline/progress line that is MG, but I ordered an LBB. Is that photo generic or is it supposed to show the color of your M2?
