I will eventually get that dorch stage 2 and pure stage 2 turbo, but for now I can enjoy my car on the BM3 stage 1 ACN 91 tune for a long time.
Hard to believe that was the issue but thankfully it is as simple as that! Could they have flashed you back to stock somehow??

I had actually brought it into the shop flashed back to stock and they couldn't find any issues other than related to the catless downpipe.

I sent them my BM3 login info so they could flash back to stage 1 for further diagnosing

Correct! I let it warm up on the drive home (about 16 miles) and ripped it quite a few times. Feels great, no hesitations or stuttering, no CEL, etc. I'll have to data log soon to and check codes also but the shop said it was A-OK.

Is the 0.022 gap the stock gap?

This thread is perfect timing. I have the almost the exact same mods, same miles, same problem, and same looking logs. I was still running stock plugs. When I pulled them I checked all the gaps and found them to be inconsistent. #1 and #5 were both .031 / .032. All others were .023. #1 had very faint, white crystals on the end of the electrode. All others looked normal.

I haven't had a chance to see if the issue has been resolved, but my fingers are crossed.
