Currently still holding on with a couple tie wraps Hopefully when the new Bypass that Fabspeed is sending out to replace this one I will have no need to use the shorter hangers. Here is the link to the ones from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B010YHFWME

Been a while since I posted on this forum!
I had a look around your car yesterday at C&C, and it looks superb, exactly how I'd have done it. I own the yellow GT4 that you've probably seen there the past few times, and was thinking about picking up a CPO M2 fairly soon. What are your thoughts several months on from delivery? I'd love to get a better look at one too, if you'd ever be interested in a ride in the GT4, I'd happily reciprocate! I used to own a 135i as a daily, and loved it, so decided to buy an '11 E92 M3 a few years back, and found it to be utterly underwhelming, and the single greatest disappointment in my car history. The M2 however, seems to be everything I'm looking for. Thanks

I loaded an album on my Facebook of some of the cars I saw that caught my attention yesterday and yours if this one (see below) was one of them: I initially had a list of about 5 cars I wanted to check out and the GT4 in Blue was one of them. Checked at the Melbourne dealer and was told they had a list of about 30 people and needed 10K to get on the list so I pulled it from my list. Also dropped the GT350 because they wanted 15K over MSRP. Thats an impressive list of past cars you have there! Four months after owning this car I can gladly say it was worth the 6 month wait and I would go after it again if I had to. Every second behind the wheel I can't stop smiling. What you mention about the M3 is something I have heard from many M owners which state that, although they are great cars, they say they lost that feeling the old M cars had. I am pretty sure you will fall in love with the M2. Next Cars and Coffee please come by and I will gladly let you check out the car in and out, we can chat about it and will take you for a ride.

I agree, the GT4 is a wonderful piece of machinery and I might try to get one at some time..
For now I am more than happy with my latest toy

I've been fortunate to own a lot of interesting cars, and really enjoy trying new things. Luckily, I was able to get the GT350 for only a shade over sticker price, as I did the deal on NYE 2015 - they wanted $30k over initially, but caved in when I drove down there with my trade. Was planning on keeping that for a while, but I was able to get a cancelled order on a GT4 for MSRP, which was staggering, given they're still trading over sticker used - an offer I couldn't refuse. Your M2 is gorgeous, and I can't wait to hear it with the Fabspeed bypass, and I appreciate the thoughts on ownership. I guess the only thing for me is do I wait until the LCI, or the supposed CS... Next C&C, assuming I'm not on call and can't attend, you're welcome to come out in the GT4 as well. I'll look forward to getting a closer look at your M2, and the ride

I am just waiting for notification from Fabspeed Motorsport that the exhaust build has been completed and is being shipped out to Auto Tuning House. I added into the mix including a Sport Cat downpipe which started to be built a couple days after the build for the new Bypass was process by Fabspeed. The idea is getting both shipped down together. Some of the previous comments from them in this thread says everything looks to be on schedule, but I don't know the exact timeline.

Thanks for that...am personally interested as you know for the by pass only. Won't go with other options. Of course, knowledge on fitments, and what corrections came out of it all is the concern. Just possible, if others have not experienced the "needed diameter pinch" and leak, it just may have had the wrong mating pipe put on. Bests, and will stand by.

I reached out to them and hopefully by next week the downpipe is ready to ship, I understand the bypass would be completed by this week.

No recent updates to the car but will be doing some maintenance on it, thanks to Pyrat 2 who gave me some good links to pick up some stuff for that maintenance..
Also got my rear deflector replacements from Acexxon and will try to install today! Got it last week but went to Rolex 24 Race this weekend so haven't installed them yet!
